Our client was previously represented by other defense counsel and convicted of felony murder, mandating a life sentence without the possibility of parole. Morgan Law Firm filed a motion for a new trial, which was granted and subsequently upheld on appeal in a published opinion (People v. Callahan (2004) 124 Cal. App. 4th 198).
