A lead Attorney will be in charge of all legal aspects of your case, including court appearances, preparation of documents, case strategy, communication with you and opposing party or opposing counsel, etc. The attorney supervises and oversees the paralegal and other support staff.
Acts as a supporting person to your attorney assisting in all legal aspects of your family law case, icluding preparation of documents, case preparation, work product flow, communication with you, and as a liason between you and your attorney, etc. Paralegals are certified. Paralegals cannot appear in court or give direct legal advice.
Handles all accounting and billing issues, including monthly billing statements, questions or disputes regarding a billing charge or account balances, payments, and payment plans. The Operations Manager also handles various human resource and administrative duties.
CLIENT RELATIONS REPRESENTATIVE
Acts as your personal liaison for all communications with your Attorney and Paralegal. Answers incoming phone calls and aids in the completion of specific assigned tasks to help the client and staff.
PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR/PROCESS SERVER
Locates and personally serve opposing party, conduct interviews and completes investigations.
