Payments

Morgan Law Firm offers a flexible monthly payment & Structured payment plans (with no credit checks required), making it affordable for our Family Law and Criminal Law clients who would otherwise not be able to afford to hire an experienced and aggressive law firm to protect them during their time of legal need.  We will work with each Client's individual financial circumstances and budget.

How the monthly payment plan works. On a particular day of each month (that is selected by you), the agreed upon monthly payment amount will be automatically deducted from your checking or savings account via debit card, or by credit card using your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express credit card. Click here for our Debit/Credit Card Monthly Payment Authorization form. Please fill in all of the information requested in the form and date and sign it. Once completed, send it to our office by personal delivery, mail, scan and email to DanielMorganLaw@aol.com or via fax at (805) 800-1880.

Structured Payments. You may also structure a series of particular payments to be made on selected future days. For example, pay $300 on February 3rd and $250 on March 19th You will need to complete a One Time Payment Authorization form for each individual payment. Please fill in all of the information requested in the form and date and sign it. Once completed, send it to our office by personal delivery, mail, scan and email to DanielMorganLaw@aol.com or via fax at (805) 800-1880.
